How do I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking link in your order dispatch confirmation. Please be aware that tracking information may take 24 hours to update after placing your order.

To change or cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team ASAP via email (customercare@dogue.com.au) or by phone (9388 9969). Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
